We are seeking a couple of dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team. Own car required (we dont carpool) Duties - Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. - Carry out carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are fresh and well-maintained. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. - Manage housecleaning tasks effectively while adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules. - Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. Qualifications - Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. - Knowledge of housecleaning management practices is a plus. - Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used for floor care and sanitization. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while completing assigned tasks. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job performed. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
