About us Our work environment includes: • Relaxed atmosphere • Flexible working hours • Casual work attire We are looking for experienced residential cleaners who have a keen sense of detail, looking to make their own schedules, and have the ability to work on their own with little to no guidance. You would work as an Independent Contractor, meaning you work as a separate entity from the company and we supply you with the jobs. Our Independent Contractors make 50% of all jobs they do. You give us your schedule for the week and we try to supply you with a few jobs so you can get a feel of what we are requiring. We pay you every Friday via direct deposit for the jobs worked the previous week. We do require our independent contractors to have their own supplies, car, and Business Liability Insurance. The liability insurance is a requirement for our Independent contractors and this covers both us you and the client when you are entering their homes. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Perform routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping - Empty trash bins and replace liners - Launder and change bed linens and towels - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Notify client and employer of any maintenance or repair needs Skills: - 1 year Experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols - Basic knowledge of floor care Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
