As a contractor, you receive a set commission for each job, which varies depending on efficiency, but typically averages to around $20-$25 per cleaner, per hour. Nice & Neat Home Cleaning now operates as a referral agency for independent cleaning contractors. The biggest thing to note as a contractor (versus a W-2 employee) is your taxes will not be withheld, you’ll receive a 1099, and be responsible for filing your own taxes. Simply let us know your preferences and availability, then we will assign you cleanings within your preferred time frame.
