Responsibility

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and revenue growth for our luxury hotel. Manage all accounts from assigned markets. Secure new high-end net worth accounts. Weekly hotel sites presenting property. Organize sales calls in said territories. Maintain the Delphi database with up to date information. Liaise with Regional Sales Offices worldwide. Conduct site inspections, outside sales calls and client entertainment as required. Create and implement strategic prospecting plan and sales action plan for review. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals. Attend hotel and industry related functions and tradeshows. Provide consistent and honest communication at every step
