Responsibility

General responsibilities include checking guests into accommodations, effectively communicating all resort/hotel policies, collecting methods of payment (or ensuring continued use of previous methods of payment), assigning keys for access to dwellings, and providing directional information to lodging and onsite services. Ambassadors will consistently display a willingness to go above and beyond for guests while on property. Ambassadors are knowledgeable and able to describe the amenities offered by the resort. Perform daily opening, operating and closing procedures. Work with the Front Desk Manager in maintaining all areas of the lobby, merchandise, and general store. Work with the Front Desk Manager in delivering pre-ordered items, or items that are ordered through “O waiter”. Work with housekeeping to make sure that communication is open and streamlined. Assist Housekeeping with duties when applicable
