Location: Friendly Join our team at Bua Food Group! We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us for two of Summerlin’s most anticipated Restaurants - Lotus of Siam Red Rock and Naxos Taverna! Duties and Responsibilities: • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests. • Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting. • Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment. • Fosters a positive work environment. • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership. • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars. • Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date. • Must have TAM card up to date. • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
