Responsibility
We’re looking for a courteous and detail-oriented Hospitality/VIP Liaison to manage and elevate the game day experience for our VIP guests. The Hospitality/VIP Liaison ensures that VIP guests enjoy a premium experience on game days, including access to designated areas, personalized service, and prompt attention to their needs. Welcome VIP guests and provide assistance with check-in and seating. Manage the VIP area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with refreshments. Act as a primary point of contact for VIPs, addressing questions and concerns. Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve logistical issues in the VIP area. Support special events or experiences hosted for VIP guests during matches. Ensure the VIP space remains exclusive to designated guests and is not accessible to general fans
