Responsibility

This position offers the flexibility of being remote, hybrid, or in-person in Miami, Sebastian, or close to ChoZen Retreat. Utilize excellent sales and communication skills to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales for corporate and luxury glamping retreats at ChoZen Retreat. Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients and market segments in line with the retreat's target audience. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event coordinators, and other key stakeholders in the industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Conduct site visits and tours to showcase the retreat's unique features and amenities. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and contribute to the overall business strategy

Overview: ChoZen Retreat is seeking a dynamic, experienced and leadership driven Sales Manager with a passion for eco tourism, wellness hospitality, and corporate retreats, as well as weddings and special events sales for boutique luxury properties. This position offers the flexibility of being remote, hybrid, or in-person in Miami, Sebastian, or close to ChoZen Retreat. The ideal candidate will be based within a 2 hour drive of Sebastian, FL but this is not mandatory. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and location, consisting of a base salary plus commissions and success bonuses.
