Handle scheduling and payroll for staff. Develop and implement new procedures to ensure customer service standards are met. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about customer service and have a great eye for detail. The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer service standards are met.We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. You should have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience and a proven track record of success in customer service. A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is excited about working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
