MacRostie Winery located in Healdsburg, CA is inviting applicants for a Full-Time Hospitality Assistant (Busser) to join our elite team of wine professionals in the Tasting Room. These dynamic position is a unique hands-on opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that implements exceptional customer service sales standards in the heart of Sonoma wine country. Our culture is focused on sustainability, inclusion, and growth. This position is based in Healdsburg, CA and is Full-Time non-exempt, working 30+ hours/week on a full flex schedule Mon-Sun. (must be able to work weekends) 9am - 6pm. This position qualifies for gratuity and our outstanding benefits that include medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, wine allowance and more! As the first and last person our guests see, the Tasting Room Hospitality Assistants are an integral part of our team, helping enable world-class customer service to all guests. As an on the floor leader, you will work closely with DTC Leadership and Guest and Member Services. Minimum Requirements: • Restaurant, winery or other hospitality experience preferred • Ability to Multitask Ability to lift minimum 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time • Ability to wash glasses, set and clear tables, and stock wines • This position requires proactive teamwork, standing for long periods of time, working weekends and/or holidays, and reliable transportation to and from Healdsburg, CA. Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.
