Responsibility

Provide classroom/laboratory instruction in accordance the Hospitality & Tourism Management and Culinary Management curriculum. Fulfill contractual obligations during the term. Conduct each class according to the approved syllabus. Utilize the approved textbook and/or other instructional materials as approved. Be fully prepared and on time. Utilize LMS following college policies and procedures. Submit attendance confirmation per college policies and procedures. Maintain course grades in LMS and submit grades at the applicable times. Support students by engaging them in class, answering questions in a timely manner, and referring them for additional support when necessary. Be familiar with and abide by college policies. Treat students and colleagues with respect and understanding of differences. Assist in development of curriculum as appropriate. Complete annual mandatory compliance training. Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor

    Location: Niceville, FL Category: Adjunct Faculty (Part-Time Pool) Posted On: Thu Feb 1 2024 Job Description: Adjunct (part-time) instructors are hired on an as-needed, term-by-term (or per course) basis. By applying for this position, you will be joining the part-time instructional pool for consideration as a prospective adjunct instructor.
