CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDES / C.N.A. for St. Mary’s Home care & Hospice Assists in the care of acute, chronic or terminally ill patients in their residence under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. Provides personal care, rehabilitation services, and certain household services in order to prevent or postpone patient hospitalization or promote palliative care.
