We are seeking a qualified Home Health RN to join our team in Amherst, NY This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week, On-call availability may be required. Location: Amherst, NY Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (some guaranteed) Possible On-Call Duration: 13-weeks with possible extension Requirements: • 6 months of Home Health RN experience preferred • OASIS documentation experience • Homecare Homebase charting preferred • Experience with HH case management • Starts of Care/Admissions RN experience a plus • NY RN license If you are an experienced Home Health RN with the required skills and are ready to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply!
