Responsibility

Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations. You'll use our provided electronic device (smartphone) for documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Providing treatment as ordered by the attending physician, dentist, or podiatrist. Assisting in developing and updating the plan of treatment or Plan of Care (POC) in an electronic medical record system. Supervising 1 to 2 Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring productivity standards are met. Evaluating patients' level of function and reporting findings to the attending physician and case manager. Advising, consulting, and instructing family members and Lorian personnel on patients' therapy program. Participating in in-service education programs to enhance your professional development
