Hours: (Full-time) Monday - Friday / 8:30am-4:30 pm / Weekends and Holidays off!. Summary: Helping Hands Home Health is seeking an experienced, hard-working, self-motivated, and organized Office Administrator to oversee our home health office operations. As a Home Health Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative assistants, ensuring employee and client continuity, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance management. Oversee and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management. Develop or maintain current office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and social workers to ensure high-quality patient care. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation and reporting. Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers
