One of the responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse is to utilize the nursing process to ensure patients receive high-quality and consistent nursing care while in their own homes. Finalize and scan necessary record-keeping forms and charts each time a guest is admitted, transferred, or discharged. Consolidate the nursing documentation in a structured and detailed way, accurately depicting the care received by the patient and their responses to the treatment rendered. Highlight any variations found in physician's orders, changes in diets, charting mistakes, etc., and report them to the Director of Nursing. Follow the proper protocols by documenting unauthorized discharges accurately in the guest's medical record
