Home Health LPN job at Conway Regional. Conway, AR. Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct and indirect intermittent skilled nursing care or guidance to Home Health patients under the direction and or supervision of the RN Case Manager. The LPN follows direction from the established patient care plan and physician orders. The LPN will effectively communicate changes in patient status, symptoms, and results of any diagnostic tests to the Physician, the Registered Nurse Case Manager, or designee as required. The LPN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of the Conway Regional Health System and Home Health agency. The LPN will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through effective collaboration efforts. SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION: This position is a designated as "Safety Sensitive Position" under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse with current, active license to practice in Arkansas, required Current Arkansas Driver's License, required Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury, required Minimum of one (1) year experience, preferred Proof of high school or equivalent of higher education Basic computer skills, preferred Conway Regional
