Our work environment includes: • Modern office setting • Food provided Duties: - Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety. - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. - Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry. - Assist with medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records. - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. - Assist with special needs, such as physical therapy exercises or feeding tubes. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Compassionate and patient demeanor. - Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity. Note: Prior experience as a Home Health Aide is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
