Responsibility

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, promote their well-being, and ensure their safety and comfort. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication schedules. Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences. Assist with feeding if necessary. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversations, activities, and recreational outings as appropriate. Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed. Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members. Maintain detailed records of care provided, including daily logs, care plans, and incident reports. Ensure the safety and security of clients by identifying and addressing potential hazards or risks in the home.
