Undertake the responsibility of completing and digitally archiving required record-keeping forms and charts for guests upon admission, transfer, or discharge. Summarize the nursing records in a comprehensive and detailed fashion that portrays the care dispensed to the patient and the patient's responses to the care administered. Inform the Director of Nursing about any variations seen in physician's instructions, dietary adjustments, documentation errors, etc. Accurately record any unauthorized discharges in the guest's medical file according to the approved documentation protocols
