Responsibility

In this role, you will shoulder the ultimate responsibility of implementing customized care plans that encompass holistic solutions for the well-being of the whole person, addressing their mind, body, and spirit. Your duties will include providing impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities and managing their overall care. You will be expected to treat your clients like family, consistently going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life. Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes. Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans. Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Provide personal companionship and remain actively engaged with each client, offering ongoing social and emotional support. Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation. Prioritize order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times. Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed. Perform administrative functions, such as documenting the completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
