About the Position A1 Orange Exterior Building Services is looking for a few GREAT workers to add to our growing workforces in Orlando and Jacksonville. We are looking for both experienced exterior window cleaning and pressure cleaning professionals and energetic and hard-working individuals who want to be trained in this physically challenging but rewarding career field. A career in commercial and residential exterior building maintenance with A1 Orange requires the willingness to follow safety rules (without exception), continuously learn new skills and techniques, and maintain a strong work ethic. A1 is a great place to learn or expand window cleaning, pressure cleaning and waterproofing skills in a friendly, fun company with other professionals who are committed to excellent customer service. We provide ongoing safety and job training to workers. Job Requirements • Must be a U.S. citizen or have a Green Card; • Must hold a valid Florida drivers license and be insurable; • Able to perform demanding, active work at heights, whether from ladder, lifts, scaffolding or other devices; • Ability to work outdoors in heat and cold, often starting at 6 am; • Possess good English speaking skills; • Available for full-time or part-time work (minimum 15 hours/week); • Overtime is available for good workers, and evening and weekend shifts are available as well.
