Secret Clearance. § Must have Contract/Program Manager experience in running a cross-functional team in a DoD environment. § Must have successfully transitioned, recruited, hired, developed and mentored a team and met all requirements for onboarding to include supporting all hours of operation and surge requirements at all locations, all aspects of security training to include initial onboarding and annual requirements within required timelines. § Candidate must have solid knowledge of information security principles and practices, as well as an advanced understanding of security protocols and standards. § Extensive knowledge of PC Software, Operating Systems/Windows 7, 10, MS Office applications with strong Excel skills, Outlook and Internet Browser. § General knowledge of Windows technology and TCP/IP networking. § Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. § Ability to lead and manage a cross-functional team effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. § Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. § Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines. § Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision. § Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature. Responsibility

This role involves managing the daily IT operations, including desktop, server, and mobile device support, user management, and troubleshooting industrial control systems. The position also requires managing the help desk team, handling service requests, and ensuring compliance with Army Training and Certification Tracking Systems (ATCTS) standards. Oversee and manage IT Help Desk operations, handling requests via phone, email, and walk-ins for services such as GIS, CAD, Database Administration, and Web Services. Provide technical support for DPW server systems, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and industrial control systems (ICS). Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring optimal performance of all systems. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (IAVA/STIG) for all supported equipment. Analyze system failures and performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations. Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including user management, licensing, and warranty tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and support. Lead and mentor junior system administrators and help desk personnel, fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor system performance, implement updates, patches, and ensure security compliance. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, incident reports, and IT policies. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks across different functions, ensuring timely completion
