Responsibility

As the Head of Sales – North America, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the sales strategies and revenue growth of Rhenus Air & Ocean. You will oversee sales, customer service, marketing, and business development functions. Our vision is to understand our customers like no other and challenge ourselves to improve every single day to make logistics simple. Develop and execute the company's global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Lead and manage the global sales team to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Develop and implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and achieve sales targets. Oversee the global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, digital marketing, and market research. Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the global logistics market. Ensure consistent messaging and communication across all marketing channels. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors. Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
