Responsibility

As a People Ops Admin, you will provide administrative and logistical support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, and/or employee records. You will report to and work closely with the People Manager to ensure that the company’s internal processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with the “global shared services” model. You will also cooperate daily with the HR department to support the ADP system with extensive trouble shooting and day to day resolution. He/she will oversee a variety of admin functions. This role and its responsibilities may be adjusted based on business needs. Preparing and scheduling monthly live webinars, reports, surveys and upload it to Sapere. Sapere management: uploading courses, fix problems of employees with stock courses, etc. Main POC for all internal administrative Onboarding for new hires, including welcome email, first day instructions, and ensuring the company property is ready and available to the new employee. Overseeing access for Temp employees, ensuring they can log on to necessary systems, have corrected email addresses. Managers guide – Manage the communication of managers guide to all managers when they have new hire joining. This will ensure a smooth onboarding process from the manager to the new hire. May coach and guide the PRS on pending items for the new hire or action items. SAP ID Biweekly reports. Alhambra Café Reports- Monthly report adding all the individual invoices for the usage of the benefit, correct SAP ID's and sent to payroll for processing. Manage the Purchase Order processing for the area of recruitment, training, and People. Snappy Management. Asset Management Matrix – constant review of areas of opportunities. Learning Corner – Logistical support. Ad hoc auditing. Manage the Qualtrics surveys (global engagement survey) review the data, communication plan, logistics, etc. ADP troubleshoot support

What you will do As a People Ops Admin, you will provide administrative and logistical support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, and/or employee records. You will report to and work closely with the People Manager to ensure that the company’s internal processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with the “global shared services” model. You will also cooperate daily with the HR department to support the ADP system with extensive trouble shooting and day to day resolution. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have significant knowledge of one or more HR functions. He/she will oversee a variety of admin functions. This role and its responsibilities may be adjusted based on business needs.
