Responsibility

This position is integral to the development and implementation of sales strategies targeting OEMs and Tier levels within the Automotive market segment. The Global Key Account Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales for the Industrial Division and will work closely with the Head of Global Business Segment - Automotive, as well as local and global sales teams. The role requires a structured and aligned sales process to be executed within the customer portfolio, which includes managing global contracts, pricing, sales forecasting, and budgeting. In this role, the Global Key Account Manager will proactively seek to develop business opportunities with both existing and new key accounts. The position operates within a global network, supporting Local and Global Key Account Managers while establishing strong relationships with key accounts. The manager will serve as the primary interface between key accounts and various FUCHS stakeholders, including Product Management, Research & Development, Administration, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing. Close cooperation with Product Management is essential to ensure that customers are well-informed about products and their technical requirements. Develop and implement local and global sales strategies at the OEM and Tier levels within the Automotive market segment. Coordinate with the Head of Global Business Segment - Automotive and local/global sales teams to define and execute a structured sales process. Proactively develop business opportunities with existing and new key accounts. Operate within a global network to support Local and Global Key Account Managers and establish excellent contacts with key accounts. Coordinate the business of key accounts globally as the interface between the key account and FUCHS stakeholders. Cooperate closely with Product Management to ensure customers are informed about products and technical requirements
