Cleaner GCC Management Group Martinsburg, WV Position: The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of all assigned work areas, including but not limited to, the assigned building’s interior and exterior. The Cleaner will be required to work on weekends and holidays when needed. Essential Duties: • Clean work areas in accordance with established cleaning procedures, including but not limited to, sweeping, sweeping pattern, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. • Remove trash from the building and transport it to the landfill. • Clean restrooms according to established cleaning procedures, including but not limited to, changing light bulbs, soap and other cleaning supplies, disinfectants and sanitizers. • Clean common areas according to established cleaning procedures, including but not limited to, lobby, stairways, restrooms and other areas within the building. • Ensure that assigned equipment is properly maintained. • Ensure that assigned tools are properly maintained. • Complete required daily inspections of work area equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards. • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
