Responsibility

The Front of House Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations. This position will assist with inventory management, financial planning, record-keeping, and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed, and that guests receive excellent customer service. Front of House Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities. Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with company standards. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist with training new staff members and providing ongoing training and support to existing staff. Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and prepared properly. 10 hour shift. Night shift. Day Shift (Required)
