Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior developers to analyze and adapt existing React.js web app components for React Native. , • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. , • Test and debug mobile application features to ensure optimal performance across iOS and Android platforms. , • Contribute to UI/UX improvements by ensuring mobile-friendly design and responsiveness. , • Document the translation process, including code changes and challenges faced, to assist the broader development team. , • Apply industry standards for React Native development and mobile app deployment. , • Work with APIs and state management tools like Redux. , • Adapting web app components to mobile-friendly designs and layouts. Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. , • Experience with JavaScript and React.js is required. , • Experience with mobile app development; familiarity with React Native. , • Knowledge of Redux Toolkit or other state management libraries. , • Basic understanding of version control systems, particularly Git. , • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, error handling skills and a willingness to learn. , • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. , • Previous experience with web frontend development. , • Previous experience with mobile application development. , • Experience with development IDE’s such as Webstorm, Xcode, Android Studio. , • Understanding of RESTful API’s and state management.
