In this position, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring a smooth welcome for arrivals and efficient send-offs for departures. Beyond guest interactions, you’ll balance the day shift accounts and perform other administrative duties to keep the front desk running smoothly. Enhancing Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service, smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest needs to ensure a memorable stay. Upholding Operational Standards: Keep the front desk running seamlessly, balancing accounts and maintaining procedures with precision. Teaming for Excellence: Collaborate with security and housekeeping to maintain a safe, welcoming environment throughout the day. Check-in guests, answer phones, and take reservations. Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies. Reconcile accounts. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
