Responsibility

As Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You will provide leadership and guidance to the Front Desk team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service. From resolving guest concerns to leading pre-shift meetings, you'll wear many hats and keep the front desk running smoothly. Manage daily tasks including event reports, guest assistance, labor checks, inventory control, staff training, and performance evaluations. Lead and motivate the Front Desk team, providing clear direction and fostering a positive work environment. Effectively resolve guest complaints, finding solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Conduct pre-shift briefings, keeping the team informed and prepared to deliver exceptional service. Oversee guest registration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Hilton standards. Handle guest billing and payments, processing various forms of payment. Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs. Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, exceeding guest expectations. Operate a vehicle to provide guest transportation when needed (valid driver's license required). Uphold Hilton's culture of "Higher Purpose, Choice for the Positive, Be a Contributor, Engagement, and Nudge Instead of Judge."
