Responsibility
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be at the heart of guest interactions, leading the front desk team to provide warm welcomes, seamless service, and memorable stays. Your leadership ensures that every guest receives top-notch service while also supporting and inspiring your team to shine. Lead by example, setting the tone for exceptional guest service. Assist with training, coaching, and supporting front desk team members. Handle guest interactions with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset. Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and accurate billing. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance the overall experience. Resolve guest concerns with patience, creativity, and a positive approach. Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights to continuously improve service. Assist with scheduling, ensuring proper coverage while maintaining a positive work environment

Your Skills And Style • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred, with leadership or supervisory experience a plus. • Strong communication skills – you create a welcoming and professional environment. • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing. • Proficient with hotel reservation software and adaptable to technology. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency. • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. This shift requires PM/evening work. • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is a plus.
