Responsibility

From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs, you’ll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guest’s stay is perfect. Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay – friendly, relaxed, and inviting. Assist guests with information about local hotspots, hidden gems, and hotel services. Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Turn challenges into opportunities, resolving guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude. Collaborate with the behind-the-scenes team to ensure guest requests are met. Contribute your valuable insights in team meetings and daily huddles to elevate our service game

As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel opens December 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801. The Role As a Front Desk Agent, you're not just handing out room keys – you're creating memories for our guests.
