About Us: Blue Titan Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in freight and transportation services. We pride ourselves on innovation, customer satisfaction, and a commitment to excellence. As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced Freight Agents to join our team. Position Overview: • **This role is commission only 1099*** Tired of covering your own freight? Maybe you want to stay in the industry but are looking for a more hands off opportunity. We are looking for motivated and experienced Freight Agents who have established books of business and are interested in making money on your relationships without handling any operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your industry expertise while enjoying a passive approach to managing your book of business. As a Freight Agent with Blue Titan Logistics, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships but our company handles the operational aspects. You will receive 40% commissions on all freight moved by our company, simply based on your existing relationships. We quote, cover, track shipments, and bill your customers, while you collect commission and spend more time with your family. This role is commission only 1099. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize industry knowledge to provide excellent customer service. • Keep abreast of market trends and opportunities. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Freight Agent in the logistics industry. • Strong customer relationship management skills. • Ability to independently quote and manage freight shipments (if preferred) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
