Responsibility

The job requires offering direct administrative support to the President and Vice President of Programs while managing internal procedures for the Impact Alamance Building and Conference Facility. The schedule is consistent from Monday to Friday , starting at 8 AM and ending at 5 PM. The person responsible for managing and directing all internal functions of the Impact Alamance Building and Conference Facility. Manages the Conference Center Coordinator's responsibilities. Acts as an intermediary between the Board of Directors by rendering aid to board committees and being the primary point of contact for board meeting arrangements. In charge of managing various administrative tasks, which includes ordering supplies, handling phone services, and maintaining communication with vendors. Facilitates exclusive events while extending support to foundation programs and initiatives. Oversees the management of information systems, which include technological hardware, audiovisual apparatus, and phone lines. Works collaboratively with the President and Grants and Finance manager to oversee the Foundation's financial resources and ensure proper allocation of funds. Facilitates the coordination of various grant requirements, financial management, and reporting with the Vice President of Programs. Supervises contracts with third-party suppliers and outside experts to guarantee adherence to legal requirements
