The Department of Forensic Science (DFS) is seeking an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Laboratory Director in our Western Laboratory, located in Roanoke, VA. This position will plan, coordinate and direct administrative support activities, receive and key subpoenas, and supervise clerical staff. The ideal candidate will be professional, well organized, able to set priorities, multi-task, maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity. Reference checks will be conducted to include contact with current and previous supervisors. Employment Eligibility Verification: DFS will record information from each new employee’s Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) into the Federal E-Verify system to confirm identity and work authorization
