Responsibility
Supervise staff and coordinate details for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and catered meals at the Distribution Center and Sheetz Bros Kitchen cafeterias. Ensure proper protocols that are put in place by senior management are adhered to by all team members. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned). Define measureable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews. Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports. Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent. Direct staff to assure that daily meals are prepared and served timely, with a high regard to customer satisfaction and food safety and assist staff with the preparation, service and clean-up for all meals. Order supplies, products and equipment as needed and code and rotate as necessary. Coordinate details and interact with individuals scheduling catered meals and Prepare and submit invoices for catered meals for departmental charges. Evaluate meal prices, and product costs with a consideration of value and overhead costs. Ensure that all monies and register receipts are submitted daily. Ensure that production, spoilage and temperature records are completed and retained. Retain receipts for purchases and submit with credit card statement monthly - complete online accounting processes - submit all other invoices timely for payment. Ensure that cafeterias are fully staffed. Ovens, fryers, toasters, microwaves, mixers, dishwashers, and other foodservice equipment. General office equipment and computer based skills. 8 hours a day

QUALIFICATIONS Education • High School Diploma/GED required • Culinary Education preferred Experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience in foodservice required • Minimum 2 years’ as a Manager or Cafeteria Lead required Licenses/Certifications • Serve Safe Certification preferred Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment): • Ovens, fryers, toasters, microwaves, mixers, dishwashers, and other foodservice equipment • General office equipment and computer based skills Work Schedule: • 5 days a week • 8 hours a day • Would work some weekends. • Would work some holidays
