Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling meetings, preparing client files, and managing correspondence. Assist with client account setup, updates, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. Coordinate the preparation of client-facing reports, presentations, and financial summaries. Respond promptly to client inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellent service. Support the onboarding of new clients by managing paperwork and liaising with internal departments. Monitor tasks such as transactions, policy updates, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Stay informed about industry standards, company policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the team to enhance workflows and improve client service delivery. Client Support.
