About the Role We are looking for full-time and part-time, experiencedindividuals to regularly clean the main facility and surrounding outlets. Responsibilities include: • Regularly dusting and vacuuming all commonareas, including tables and other surface areas. • Cleaning all glass doors and windows. • Cleaning all locker rooms and bathrooms,replenishing paper goods and other supplies, as needed. • Emptying trash from all common areas, ensuringspaces are free of waste. • Cleaning elevators, including elevator tracks,walls and floors. • Ensuring parking lot and outside public areas arefree of waste and debris. • Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies. Requirements include: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to communicate in English, as needed. • Ability to multitask and prioritize. • Strong work ethic. • Flexibility; working varying hours, includingevenings, weekends and holidays, as required. • Professional appearance. • Ability to stand or walk for long periods oftime.
