Responsibility

Provide support to the department in regard to past, present, and future construction projects and programs. The Program Admin Spec I will report to the Director of Facilities Management & Planning and the Building & Grounds Manager. Assist in the day-to-day operation of their respective divisions. Duties include but are not limited to: recording and track project related paperwork; update and reconcile construction spreadsheets; communicate with end users. Perform general office tasks and functions such as updating the work order system, track job orders, build and maintain spreadsheets, record keeping, and communicating with contractors, vendors, and project managers. This position will also participate in special projects as assigned. The Program Admin Spec I position is required to respond professionally and promptly with accurate information to internal and external faculty, staff, students, customers and/or the general public. Demonstrates sound judgment and decision making when prioritizing requests, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and assists with projects

Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance.
