Responsibility

Tuesday-Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM +/- 45-55 hours/week. This role offers a unique opportunity to craft innovative menus, mentor aspiring chefs, and make a meaningful impact on our vibrant company culture—all while enjoying great hours and a positive work environment. Customer interactions is the foundation of our company and the right candidate needs to be able to communicate and build rapport with our guests. Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus in a 'take and bake' format that reflect our brand and excite our customers. Oversee daily kitchen operations. MUST have expertise in ordering food and supplies. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability. Lead, inspire, and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment. Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and cater to special requests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ordering, Organizing and cleaning/labeling everything in Walk-in. Oversee management of the Deli and takeout orders. Have ability to assist and run parties for off-site catering. Tuesday - Saturday 9-6pm With exception to catering events.
