Job Description SummaryThis role is to support GE Aerospace Japan business leader and Japan team for associated administrative matters including schedule management, travel arrangements, visitor coordination, office management, customer meetings, internal meetings, and other relevant matters. Responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity (e.g. support organization of conferences, SFDC cleanup actions);. Provide overall office management and administrative duties such as phone coverage, call screening, memos and letters to the executive. Liaise with a wide range of internal and external contacts at all levels, including senior executives within GE. Responsible for the establishment of meeting and agenda priorities, travel schedules and staff meetings within a very dynamic environment. Prepare customer & internal visits. Process T&L expenses for the executive. Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information for the channel team. Assist in managing expense accounts and budgets. Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information. Meet various day-to-day short-term objectives. Work with external customers on meeting agendas and events planning. Responsible for contemporary document management and filling. Resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning
