Responsibility

This part-time position (15-20 hours per week) involves providing comprehensive support to our leadership and managing various administrative systems. Efficiently manage email and Slack communications for leadership, including responding to emails, prioritizing messages for executive attention, and categorizing client communications. Review and respond to emails without requiring executive input. Label and manage sales pitches via email, implementing the "Potential Referral Partner" strategy when appropriate. Provide a daily summary of important emails for executive review. Facilitate Onda Client Meetings by responding affirmatively and coordinating logistics. Manage Monday.com Leads Board, facilitating communication between potential clients and our team. Implement follow-up processes and ensure leads are effectively tracked. Administer talent onboarding and offboarding processes, including adding/removing users from Google, Slack, Zoom, and Monday. Organize and maintain Google Groups, ensuring data security and efficient collaboration. Manage Zoom user administration, including licensing and scheduling settings. Oversee user admin for Monday.com, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up
