Responsibility

This role will report directly to the President of Stay in Your Lane and will play a critical role in supporting our client engagements, social media initiatives, and operational efficiencies. Create and schedule posts across various platforms. Monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics. Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations in AI to integrate into our social media strategy. Be the first point of contact for client queries. Support the team in preparing presentations and proposals. Coordinate and schedule client meetings. Calendar management for the President and other key team members. Generate regular reports to track project and client engagement statuses. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Leverage your background in marketing to develop innovative approaches to client acquisition and retention

    Job Description: Executive Admin at Stay in Your Lane (Part-Time) Company Overview: Stay in Your Lane is a leading franchise consulting and fractional c-suite organization. Our mission is to transform good brands into iconic CULT brands by providing multifaceted services such as consulting, specialized training, and stepping into fractional roles. We are headquartered in Denver, CO. Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-directed Executive Admin to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 20 hours per week. This role will report directly to the President of Stay in Your Lane and will play a critical role in supporting our client engagements, social media initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
