Responsibility
This assignment is anticipated to be a 10 Month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.Responsibilities:· Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive.· Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry.· Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.· Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails on behalf of the executive.· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.· Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department. Receiving/relaying messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources.· May require greater knowledge of the organization (i.e., financial processes, authorization processes, etc.).· May have ownership of the executives agenda/schedule (oversees access to executives).· Typically in contact with internal and external executives.· May do some research and basic authoring/drafting of documents/correspondence.Experience:· This role requires 5 years of relevant experience
