Responsibility

Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address administrative tasks to support their effectiveness. Oversee the smooth operation of the corporate office, maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating purchases and maintenance as needed. Serve as the liaison with building management and vendors to address facility-related issues promptly. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, drafting documents, and handling phone calls. Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda creation, meeting logistics, and follow-up action items. Prepare and distribute internal communications, announcements, and updates as needed. Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, both onsite and offsite. Arrange catering, transportation, and event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. Assist with coordinating off-site meetings and conferences, including registration and travel logistics

This role is a unique blend of providing high-level administrative support to our executive team while overseeing our corporate office's smooth operation.
