Responsibility

In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related projects to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our Revenue organization and the Revenue Leadership Team. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments; this role has the potential to evolve into a role that supports multiple Revenue leaders. As a successful Executive Admin Business Partner, you’ll partner closely with external stakeholders, Procore’s executive administrative staff, and the Revenue Leadership Team to support the organization’s increasing demands as Procore continues to scale globally. Use your resourcefulness, organizational skills, flexibility, and effective, proactive approach to identify and solve both current and anticipated challenges for this senior executive. The position reports to the VP, Channel and Public Sector and can be remote; please note, you will be needed frequently to travel to various offices. Partner closely with the EVP’s direct reports, internal and external business partners, global organization and key customers. Manage and facilitate the cadence and content for the leadership team ensuring that time is well spent and objectives are achieved. Ensure that all action items from meetings are fulfilled. Strategically prioritize the leader’s time and attend meetings and calls as a proxy when needed. Prepare meetings and follow; review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the EVP has all the information and is prepped as needed to be productive as possible. Conduct pre-meetings as needed to ensure that decisions are properly framed and as many points as possible are pre-negotiated. Act as the point of contact as needed with other executives in the organization, clients, or major stakeholders. Act as the facilitator for leader’s colleagues or employees; communicate wants, needs concerns, and ideas from employees to leadership in an effective and efficient way. Ensure that all organization's priorities are clearly communicated and all leaders are in alignment. Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board for new ideas and initiatives. Lead day-to-day responsibility for strategic programs
