Responsibility

This position will primarily provide support to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Total Rewards and support a team of Senior Vice Presidents (SVP) and the overall needs of the Human Resources department. Executive administrative support for the EVP, with primary day-to-day responsibilities including travel coordination in conjunction with the corporate travel department, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and files, expense reporting, board materials, among others. May help in preparation of documents for meetings and communications (ex. agendas, reports). Provide support scheduling meetings, travel coordination and expense reporting for the SVPs, and departmental support which includes coordinating large team meetings, engagement activities, ordering office supplies, as well as handling catering logistics for on-site events. Management of expenses: organize receipts and input in Concur to ensure timely reconciliation of expense reporting deadlines. Special projects as needed and opportunity to expand development by assisting other HR departments as capacity allows. Serve as a go-to resource for executive and other staff members. Create solid working relationships with other administrative staff and others within the department. Work professionally with senior executives and clients, think and work independently, be proactive, handle confidential information and work effectively and efficiently. Other ad hoc projects as assigned. Hybrid (3 days per week) working environment within office requirement when supported leadership is in the office
