Responsibility

The Event Coordinator plans and executes our company-produced events, primarily food festivals, dinners, and large corporate events. In addition, the Event Coordinator assists our sales & event planning team with various daily tasks and coordinates weddings. Secure vendors, complete design plans, create timelines, etc. Events include our Anniversary Party, Tacos 'n Tequila Fiesta, Hog & Barrel Bourbon Festival, and more. Plan and execute large-scale corporate events for various Clients. Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Sell event sponsorships. Ensure sponsor activations are executed according to their contracted expectations. Coordinate with our Marketing Team to promote our events, driving ticket sales and sponsorships. Work 2-4 weddings a month as a day-of wedding coordinator. Ensure the Client's timeline and vendor services are executed according to their expectations. Assist the sales team with various aspects of our venue sales process, including; responding to all first-time web submissions, answering client and prospect questions, scheduling and confirming appointments, taking consults and tours as needed, creating venue layouts, maintaining our contact database, conducting cold calling, and any other aspect of sales. Attend weekly Sales Meetings and training sessions with the sales team. Supervise interns on various daily and long-term tasks. Periodically work other events in a support role. Be familiar with all policies, products, and services offered by our company. Continue to foster the company culture of High Spirits Hospitality by being an active, passionate member of our management and event team. Handle other special projects as requested. Deliver excellent customer service to our clients and vendors. Learn and master all our computer applications, including Caterease, Microsoft Office, Aisleplanner, Ticketspice, Canva, and Engagebay. Should work to meet all sales and customer satisfaction goals

Typical Schedule This is primarily a Monday-Friday 9-5 job, with 3-6 weekend/evening event & networking shifts a month. This is an in-office position.
