Responsibility

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM to 6 PM. Overtime may be required on occasion of events as per business needs. This role will require assistance according to business needs in Cardiff such as annual leave cover, sickness cover, training cover etc. The Guest Services Ambassador is a “hands on” and proactive role that requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment. The role will specialise in the external client experience, from the ground floor, to the meeting room. Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring duties are carried out to the highest of standards. Demonstrating a flexible approach and offering business support as required, including. \tbut not limited to supporting the Workplace Services Ambassador team with their duties \t. Ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and set up to the required standards \t. Serving members of the business lunch in the on-site restaurant or managing arriving clients and room bookings at the reception area. Demonstrate passion about delivering great service and taking responsibility for their contribution to the team \t. Have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of the team and create rapport with key stakeholders \t
